Makes 26 samosas
To Be Mixed Into Stuffing
1 cup chopped coloured capsicum
1/2 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) powder
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

- To make {span class="bold1"}baked bread samosa{/span}, place a bread slice on a clean dry surface, flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Trim the side of the bread and then trim of the corners of bread.
- Now cut it diagonally into two halves, apply little water on the side.
- Bring two corner together to make a cone shape and press to seal it properly.
- Add 1 ½ tsp of stuffing in the center, apply little water on other side and seal it to make samosa.
- Place 6 to 7 samosas in an air fryer and apply little butter evenly over it.
- Bake in an air fryer at 180° c for 12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Repeat steps to air fry remaining samosas.
- Remove and serve the {span class="bold1"}baked bread samosas{/span} hot with tomato ketchup.
