  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the urad dal and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till they turn golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the onions, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the coconut and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cabbage and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.

Jus a suggestion.. Cook the cabbage without coconut. pulse the coconut n 1 green chilli in the mixie. Add when the capable is cooked.. Switch of the heat and mix well. This is how we make. Green chilli more or less according to ur spiceness pref
