  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and shape each portion into a 25 mm. (1’) diameter flat round fritter.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the fritters, a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve immediately.
