Makes 2 servings
2 to 3 grated orange carrot
3 to 4 cups thick curds (dahi)
For The Tempering
4 to 5 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste

- Method
- Whisk the curds till it becomes smooth.
- Add the carrots and mix well.
- For the tempering, heat the oil in a small pan, add the mustard seeds and red chillies.
- When the seeds crackle, pour this tempering to the curds mixture and mix well.
- Add the salt and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
