It's a very quick dish. if you have everything ready you can serve very easily. you can get ready roti, cut it in small pieces and fried it.
open the boiled Kabuli chole tin.
you can fridge the chutney.
in all chatpata chat you need mint-coriander chutney , cumin seed powder and chat masala.

Ingredients

250 gms Puri
3 big potatoes, boiled and chopped
1 big cup boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
Sweet Chutney
Green Chutney
500 gms cold curds (dahi)
salt, chilli powder and cumin seeds (jeera) powder

Method

Spread half crush puri in plate.
Spread chopped boiled potatoes on it.
Spread chole on it.
Spread sweet chutney.
Spread spicy mint chutney.
Spread well mix curd.
Spread salt-red chily powder-cumin seed powder and corriander leaves.
