If u don't want to deep fry u can roast with less oil.
Cheese Corn Vegetable Balls recipe - How to make Cheese Corn Vegetable Balls

1/2 kg potatoes
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
1 1/2 cups boiled mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
6 cheese cubes
8 bread slices
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
4 chopped green chillies
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
oil for frying
Method
- Mash the boiled potatoes.
- Grind the bread slices.
- Mix vegetables,corn,salt,
- Chillies and ginger paste in mashed potatoes.
- Add grated cheese and pepper powder to the above ingredients and mix properly.
- Form small balls.
- Deep fry.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
