For The Filling
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup chopped lemon jelly
For The Garnish
finely chopped almonds (badam)

- Combine the paneer, curds and powdered sugar in a mixer and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the lemon juice and lemon rind and mix well. Keep aside.

- Divide the filling into 10 equal portions and keep aside.
- Just before serving, fill each tart with a portion of the prepared filling and top it with 1 tbsp lemon jelly.
- Garnish with almonds and serve immediately.
