To Be Mixed Into A Dip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp hot and sweet chilli sauce
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 pinches salt
1 tbsp milk

6 ladi pav
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
For cheesy pav

- To make {span class="bold1"}cheesy pav{/span}, cut each ladi pav into 9 pieces each using a sharp knife.
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the pav pieces and sauté on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till crisp.
- Add the mixed herbs and chilli flakes and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Pour the prepared dip evenly over it and finally sprinkle cheese, cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve the {span class="bold1"}cheesy pav{/span} immediately.
