For Chocolate Dry Fruit Fudge
1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp almonds (badam)
3 tbsp cashew nuts (kaju)
2 tbsp pistachios
3 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 tbsp black raisins
1 tbsp raisins (kismis)
1 tbsp cranberry
1/4 cup chopped dried fruits

- To make {span class="bold1"}chocolate dry fruit fudge{/span}, combine melted chocolate, condensed milk and melted butter in a deep bowl. Mix well till it becomes slightly thick.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients in the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined aluminium tin. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
- Top it up with some chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, demould the fudge and cut it into 9 equal bars.
