Ingredients

24 rasgullas
4 cups ice cream
4 tbsp grated milk chocolate

    Method
  1. Squeeze out all the juice from rasgulla pieces and cut each piece into 2 halves.
  2. Put the melted ice cream in a bowl, place the pieces of rasgulla in it and sprinkle some chocolate on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
