Chut-mak Paratha is a vegetable stuffed Paratha recipe. The Parathas are stuffed with a vegetable mix comprising of boiled potatoes, corn, chopped onion,capsicu, Garam masala and green chillies.
Chut-mak Paratha recipe - How to make Chut-mak Paratha

for the dough
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt to taste
water as required
3 tbsp green chutney
For the stuffing:
3 tbsp boiled and mashed corn
6 tbsp finely chopped potatoes
9 tbsp finely chopped onions
6 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
3/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
3/4 tsp garam masala
4 to 5 tsp coriander (dhania)
1 1/2 green chillies, chopped
1/4 tsp sugar
3 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
salt to taste
3/4 tsp chilli powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough, knead well . keep aside .
- Heat oil in a kadai , add potatoes , cook for 1-2 min.
- Cover & cook the potatoes till done.
- Add green chilly, capsicum & onions , cook for 2 min.
- Add corn, salt, sugar, red chilly powder & garam masala , cook for another few min .
- Add amchoor & coriander leaves . mix well.cool.
- Proceed with dough using the stuffing to prepare parathas .
- Cook on a tawa , using ghee till golden brown on both sides .
- Serve hot with fresh curd & green chutney .
