2 to 3 juicy carrot
1 to 3 pcs bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 to 2 leaves of cabbage
1 tsp fresh cream
1 small dollop of butter
2 to 3 tbsp whipped cream
1 mint sprig
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Grate 1 carrot finely, keep aside.
- Finely chop cabbage and keep aside.
- Pressure cook bottle gourd with remaining carrots till soft.
- Cool and blend in mixie and strain.
- Heat butter, add the pulp and bring to just about boil.
- Add grated carrot, cabbage and salt.
- Take it in a serving bowl, add swirl of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle freshly ground pepper and mint before serving.
