3/4 cup thinly sliced carrots (1/2" pieces)
3/4 cup shredded cabbage
3 lettuce leaves, shredded
3 spring onions, finely chopped
3 celery sticks, finely chopped (1/2" pieces)
4 cauliflower florets, thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil
a pinch of baking powder
a pinch of citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
2 tsp soy sauce
few Chillies In Vinegar
salt to taste
3 3/4 cups boiling water
Method
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add all vegetables, baking powder, citric acid and sauté on high flame for 3 min.
- Add 5 teacups of water of boiling water, soya sauce and salt.
- Boil on high flame for 3 min.
- Serve hot with vinegar (with chillies soaked in it), soya sauce and chilli sauce.
