Cold Cocoa it is cocoa flavour, little thick milk base drink. Serve chilled to get the best results.

Cold Cocoa recipe - How to make Cold Cocoa

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 to 3 glasses

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups milk
5 tsp cocoa powder
3 tsp cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
ice cubes as required

Method
    Method
  1. Combine 1/4 cup milk, cocoa powder and cornflour in a bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the remaining milk in pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the sugar and the prepared paste and stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame.
  4. Remove from the flame and stir continuously for 5 minutes to cool the drink.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  6. In each tall glasses place one scoop of ice-cream, equal quantity of drink and top it with ice cubes.
  7. Serve chilled.
