Makes 2 servings
1 cup cooked rice (chawal)
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the oil and knead into a soft dough, using water only if required.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out into a circle of 4" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook the rotis using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
