Makes 4 glasses
1/2 cup crushed kiwi
2 tsp khus syrup
2 tsp vanilla ice-cream
4 to 5 mint leaves (phudina) , chopped
lemonade to serve
ice as needed
Method
- Method
- Pour the khus syrup in the serving glass, put the crushed ice, add 1/4th of lemonade, crushed kiwi and vanilla icecream.
- Finally top it again with lemonade.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
