Coriander and Sweet Corn Pakodas recipe - How to make Coriander and Sweet Corn Pakodas

Makes 4 serving
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 cup boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
salt to taste
To Be Mixed Into A Smooth Batter
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1/4 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
2 tbsp khajur-imli ki chutney
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
a pinch baking soda
2 tsp hot oil
salt to taste

oil to deep fry
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a kadhai.
- Combine all the ingredients for bhajiya and make small balls out of it.
- Dip each ball into the batter and drop it in a hot oil and deep fry until golden and serve them hot.
