1/2 bunch per person, washed and chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 onion, finely chopped per person
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Add little water and grind corainder leaves into a fine paste
- Heat a spoon of oil in the pan.
- Add and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add onions and fry a bit.
- Add the ground paste, salt and pepper.
- Bring them to a good boil.
- Add rice and mix well.
- Switch off.
- Serve with yogurt or chips. it''s quite healthy and yummy!
