There are much varieties which can be made from paneer, one can innovate much varieties from paneer. Here is paneer papdi made from paneer with the combination of papad and other spices.

Makes 4 servings
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) , grated
4 raw papad , crushed
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 8-10 small equal portions and shape them into small round flat tikkis.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the tikkis till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
