Dahi bhel is a popular bhel mixture recipe with a nice healthy twist. The papdis are thrown in with beaten curd, chopped fruits like pineapple and also beans to create this delectable tantalizing chaat recipe, dahi bhel.

ingredients
15 to 20 Papdis, crushed
1 tbsp chopped pineapple (optional)
1 potato, boiled and cubed
1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango
4 tbsp boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas) or boiled green peas
2 to 3 tbsp meethi soonth
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Green Chutney
1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi), whisked
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

- Mix the crushed papdis, pineapple, potato, raw mango, chick peas, meethi soonth, green chutney and curds in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cumin seed powder, chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
- Serve immediately.
