A simple and quick dahii sandwich recipe with spiced up hung curd as spread and healthy tomatoes and cucumber slices placed between the breads. The tasty dahi or curd sandwich may be grilled, toasted or served plain with or without any dressing or cheese.

1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 cucumber , grated
grated cabbage to taste
1/2 capsicum, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
2 slices of bread
salt to taste
1/3 tsp mustard (rai/ sarson) sauce

- First tie the dahi in a cloth and squeez out all the water.
- Mix all the vegetables along with salt and mustard sauce, if required with hands.
- Put the filling on the bread slices and cut into neat slices.
