The Date Milkshake is a quick, tasty and wholesome recipe, which is just right for Ramzaan!
All you need to do is whirr together some milk and dates in your blender, with just a hint of cinnamon, the magic ingredient that makes this simple milkshake taste special. The Date Milkshake is best enjoyed cold.

Makes 3 glasses
10 deseeded dates (khajur)
2 cups cold milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till it is smooth and frothy.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
