To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing For Dry Fruit Stuffed Dates
1/4 cup finely chopped mixed nuts
1/2 cup grated low fat mawa (khoya)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
a pinch of saffron (kesar) strands

Dry Fruit stuffed dates.. this is a royal sweet.. with stuffed mava and dry fruit.. The softness of the dates and the crunchy nuts was a great combination..
