Makes 1 serving
2 to 3 drumsticks , cut into 2" pieces
1 tbsp chopped cabbage
1 tbsp boiled green peas
1 tbsp boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 tbsp sliced tomatoes
5 to 6 basil leaves , chopped
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
Method
- Method
- Boil 3 cups water in a deep pan, add the drumsticks and cook till they are soft.
- Drain and preserve the water, remove the pulp and blend the pulp in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer the pulp in the same pan, add the water and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Boil for 15-20 minutes and adjust the consistency adding more water.
- Serve hot.
