Easy Quick Bread Dhokla recipe - How to make Easy Quick Bread Dhokla

Makes 4 servings
8 bread slices
4 tsp thick curds
4 tsp paneer (cottage cheese)
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp citric acid (nimbu ka phool)
2 green chillies
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Method
- Cut the sides of the bread.
- Mix curd, paneer, and salt in a bowl.
- Take two pieces of bread and put the above mixture on one piece of the bread.
- Cover with another piece of bread. Cut into two.
- Pour some oil, turmeric powder and mustard seeds in the pan.
- Add curry leaves and green chillies, saute and add 1/2 cup water with citric acid and sugar and boil for 1 minute .
- Pour the tempering on the bread slices and garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot.
