(2”) diameter circle and then roll in desiccated coconut. Line the baking tray using a parchment paper. Place 9 cookies on the baking tray, and keep 2 inch distance from one another. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Repeat steps 8 to 10 to bake 1 more batch. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container and use as required.
