Eggless Masala Toast, bread sliced dipped in curd batter and shallow fried. Egg is substitute by curd and the dish turns to pure veg and it is tasty.

Makes 1 to 2 servings
1/2 cup thick curds (dahi)
1/4 cup roasted semolina
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 chopped onions
salt to taste
4 sliced bread
For The Garnish
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the bread slices in a bowl and make a thick batter.
- Dip the bread slices in the batter, both the sides should be well coated with the batter.
- Drizzle a little oil on a non-stick tava and cook the bread slices from both the sides till it is crispy and golden brown in colour.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot immediately with sauce.
