Makes 9 muffins
For Eggless Orange Muffins
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp orange crush
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp orange rind
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup orange juice
For The Glaze
1/4 cup icing sugar
2 tsp orange juice
2 tsp orange rind

- Add orange crush, plain flour, baking powder, orange rind, baking soda and orange juice.
- Whisk well to form a lump free batter. Pour 9 equal quantities of batter into lined muffin tray.
- Bake the muffins in pre heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 minutes or until done.
- Remove and cool them slightly. Meanwhile in another small bowl, combine icing sugar and orange juice to make glaze.
- Dip each muffin in the glaze and drip off the remaining glaze.
