Any flavor of choice can be given. It can consumed as it is or it blends good with salads and fruits. Flavours like - sauf or pepper or lemon or kesar or elchi or vanilla or orange or chilly or garam masala others can be given. Good to use any one flavor at a time.

Makes 5 to 6 servings
1 ltr milk
1 lemon
2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
To Garnish
2 tbsp roasted and chopped almonds (badam)

- Method
- Bring milk to boil. Add sugar and cardamom powder and simmer for a minute. Slow down the flame.
- Add 1 lemon juice, remove from the flame and stir well until it separates the sweet panneer from whey water.
- Squeeze and serve fresh with apples.
- Garnish it with badam.
