  1. In a bowl mix mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, oil and chilli powder.
  2. To this mixture add cauliflower,carrot, fresh turmeric, green chillies and mix well.
  3. Keep in sun for 2 days.
  4. When water separates transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator.
  5. This pickle can be stored for 3-4 months.
