Trust the French to experiment with Champagne and combine it with Blue Curacao and vodka to make an exotic blend of flavours. This cocktail is also a visual stunner.

120 ml champagne (joie)
30 ml vodka
dash of blue curacao
a long peel of sweet lime (mosambi)
Method
- Main procedure
- Pour the vodka into a large martini glass. Top with the champagne and gently drizzle the curacao into the bottom of the glass. It will stay at the base if poured gently.
- Garnish with the sweet lime peel and serve immediately.
