Ingredients


For First Fruit Layer
1/4 cup peeled and chopped apple
1/4 cup peeled and chopped chickoo
1/4 cup chopped banana
2 tsp honey

For The Second Fruit Layer
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/4 cup chopped kiwi
1/4 cup chopped sweet lime (mosambi)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

Other Ingredients
3/4 cup roasted beaten rice (poha)
3/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup roasted cashewnuts (kaju)
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut

For The Garnish
1/4 cup chopped orange
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup crushed plain khakra
1/4 cup roasted cashewnuts (kaju)

Method
For the sweet fruit layer

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.

For the sour fruits layer

  1. Combine all the ingredients i a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.

To assemble the casserole

    To assemble the casserole
  1. Take a casserole and layer with roasted poha at base.
  2. Add some cashewnuts and layer with 1st sweet fruits on it.
  3. Add half of the tender coconut and grated paneer.
  4. Then place balance of poha, some more cashewnuts.
  5. Layer with sour fruits on it and spread balance of tender coconut and paneer.
  6. Garnish with orange, strawberry, curshed khakra and cashew nuts.
  7. Serve fresh.
