Fun Mixture recipe - How to make Fun Mixture

Makes 4 serving
2 1/2 cups cornflakes
2 1/2 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
2 1/2 cups rice (chawal) flakes
1 cup sesame seeds (til)
1 cup peanuts
1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
1/2 cup chopped almonds (badam)
5 chopped green chillies
10-12 curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
5 tsp oil
salt to taste

- Method
- In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add the turmeric powder and roast the poha for 3 min on medium flame. Shift it to another bowl.
- Add puffed rice, corn flakes separately and dry roast it.
- In a pan, heat 3 tsp oil and add daliya, peanuts and roast for 3 mins.
- Add the green chillies, curry leaves, sesame seeds and roast for 2 mins.
- Add the cornflakes, puffed rice, poha, almonds, salt and mix well.
- Cool and store it.
- Serve.
