Ingredients


8 to 10 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 1/2 tbsp butter
salt to taste

Method

  1. Chop the garlic in very small pieces
  2. Take butter in a pan and heat it
  3. Put chopped garlic in butter and add salt
  4. Simmer until the garlic becomes light golden in colour.
  5. Serve with khichdi, roti etc
