A garlic flavoured curd based curry recipe, the Garlic Kadhi tastes superb with steamed rice and roasted papad. An unique variation to the traditional tangy favorite kadhi recipe with a nice garlicky flavour.

1/2 coconut
2 sankeshwari red chillies
1 gm ( 5 pcs.) peppercorns
4 gms garlic (lehsun)
5 gms kokum
salt to taste
2 springs of coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- Grind together coconut, red chillies, peppercorns & cocum.
- Add 1 cup of water. keep aside for about 10 minutes and extract juice.
- Add salt and chopped coriander leaves.
