This is a combination of pineapple and corn to make a tasty and yummy sandwich

Makes 4 sandhwiches
To Be Ground To A Paste
3/4 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp cheese
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder powder
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2 tbsp chopped green capsicum
1 tsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
8 slices bread
butter to apply on bread
Method
- Method
- In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except bread and butter and also put the dressing prepared and mix well and keep aside.
- Apply butter on one side of the bread and apply the stuffing prepared on the other side of the bread.
- Top with the other slice of the bread buttered and grill for 2 minutes and serve hot.
- Make sure that the buttered side of the second bread is on the upper side.
- Similarly repeat to make 3 more sandwiches.
