Gobi Manchurian is a famous Chinese delicacy in a soya sauce based gravy. Serve it with fried rice.

for the balls:
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup cornflour
water as needed
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli powder
a pinch of baking soda
for gravy:
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 to 3 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp each of tomato ketchup and chilli sauce
1 to 2 drops of soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
a pinch of saffron colour
1 to 2 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak) and garlic (lehsun)

- Clean the florets.
- Make a thick consistency paste with the flour ingredients.
- Dip the florets in this and deep fry in oil.drain n keep aside.

- Fry onions partially.add chopped ginger n garlic,g.chillies,capsicum n fry again.
- Now add the sauces.
- Mix well.
- Add water to make a gravy
. - Add salt.add kesari colour mix well.
- Now add the gobi balls n mix well. serve hot with coriander garnishing
