250 gms green chillies
a small pinch asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil
Method
- First clean the chillies and seperate the stem and cut(-)from the centre if in and put them aside.(do not use iron one)in a pen heat the oil and put hing,saunf,fenugreek seeds and after that chillies and salt mix them nicdely.now put vinegar also.mix them nicely cover it and cook it on low a flame.after five minute put aside the cover nad cook it o
