Makes 4 servings
1 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup sliced avocado
1/4 cup chopped celery (without leaves)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
3/4 cup low fat curds (dahi)
2 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard (rai) powder
salt and to taste
Method
- Method
- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
