This sandwich is healthy to eat and a also a famous party snack. Serve with tangy green chutney.

Makes 4 servings
100 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
4 slices of bread
2 grated tomatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1 tbsp butter
Method
- Method
- Butter the bread slices on side and keep aside.
- Combine the paneer, tomato, coriander, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Fill this mixture between two bread slices on the unbuttered side.
- Toast it in sandwich toaster.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or pudina chutney.
