Grilled eggplant combines an interesting texture with a creamy taste, which makes it an amazing treat to the palate.

In this exotic dish, we have grilled the eggplant with a drizzle of sesame oil, and then tossed strips of the grilled eggplant with an awesomely snazzy dressing that combines toasted sesame seeds, herbs and spices with tongue-tickling sauces.

The resulting Grilled Sesame Eggplant is very unique and sure to be loved by everybody. You can cook it up on a Sunday to surprise your family, or serve it as a starter at a party .
