A delicious and sweet indian dessert made wof fried khoya balls and then added into a thick sugar syrup.

1 1/2 tbsp semolina (rava)
1 1/2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
75 gms mava (khoya)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar , oil or ghee
Boondi
cashewnuts (kaju)
almonds (badam)
edible silver leaf (vark)
Method
- Mix rawa maida mawa baking pwder mix well till dough becomes soft
- Make small balls and fry them in ghee make sugar syrup
- Add the jamuns in syrup take the gulb jamuns out after 15 min
- Decorate it with bhoondi kju badam and warq.
