It is a very healthy soup which can be eaten to even reduce weight or cholesterol.It is a very simple soup which can be made very easily with house old materials.

Makes 1 serving
8 tbsp coarsely crushed barley (jau)
3 carrot , chopped
1 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
10 french beans , chopped
1 cup cooked noodles
2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
Method
- Method
- In a deep pan, boil 2 cups of water, add the vegetables and corn, mix well and cover and cook till vegetables are soft.
- Add the barley, mix well and bring to boil and simmer till soup becomes thick.
- Add the noodes and add soya sauce and mix well.
- Remove from the flame, add the salt and pepper and mix well.
- Serve hot.
