Ingredients

8 tbsp coarsely crushed barley (jau)
3 carrot , chopped
1 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
10 french beans , chopped
1 cup cooked noodles
2 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste

Method
    Method
  1. In a deep pan, boil 2 cups of water, add the vegetables and corn, mix well and cover and cook till vegetables are soft.
  2. Add the barley, mix well and bring to boil and simmer till soup becomes thick.
  3. Add the noodes and add soya sauce and mix well.
  4. Remove from the flame, add the salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
