Honeydew and Tender Coconut Drink

Melons and coconut water are two things that are inseparable from the Indian summer! The Honeydew and Tender Coconut Drink brings both together, to give you a refreshing drink with a soothing flavour and pleasant colour.
We have not used any sweeteners to make this drink because the mild sweetness of both ingredients are enough to give you a mellow and pleasing taste.
Serve this drink immediately after preparation because the taste and colour will deteriorate over time.

Makes 3 glasses
2 cups chilled roughly chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 1/4 cups chilled tender coconut water
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 3 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
