Chunky Muskmelon Drink

Here is a luscious drink that soothes and rejuvenates your senses with its chunky texture and peppy flavour.
The mellow taste of muskmelon is aesthetically sweetened with honey, but the real twist comes with the addition of black salt, which totally transforms the flavour from soft to snazzy!
The texture of this drink, which is both soft and chunky, is also very enjoyable. Stomach-friendly muskmelon is good for those with acidity, and this drink is sure to add some positivity on a hot and tiring day! Honey is optional and you can skip it, if it does not suit you.

Makes 4 glasses
3 cups chilled muskmelon (kharbooja) cubes
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
10 ice cubes
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with ΒΌ cup of water and blend for one to two times, there should be chunks of melon seen.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
