4 to 6 samosa pattis
oil for deep-frying

To be mixed into a fruit salad
2 cups seasonal fresh fruits, chopped
1 tbsp orange squash

For the honey-lemon sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Cut the samosa patties into ½ cm. strips lengthwise and separate lightly so that they do not stick to each other.
  2. Deep fry them in hot oil till they are golden brown and drain on absorbent paper. Keep aside.

  1. Combine the honey and lemon juice and warm gently in a small pan. Keep aside.

  1. Place a small portion of the noodles in a serving bowl and top with the fruits.
  2. Sprinkle a large portion of noodles on top.
  3. Repeat to make 3 more servings.
  4. Pour the honey-lemon sauce over the noodles and serve immediately.
