Ingredients


For Cream Cheese
5 cups full-fat milk
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste

Method

  2. Add the vinegar and mix gently using a spatula or till the milk curdles.
  3. Strain it with the help of a sieve or muslin cloth.
  4. Pour chilled water and squeeze out all the excess water from the paneer.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mixer, add fresh cream and salt to taste.
  6. Blend it well until smooth.
  7. Use the {span class="bold1"}homemade cream cheese{/span} as required or store in an air tight container in refrigerator for 2 days.
