Hung Curd Sandwich recipe - How to make Hung Curd Sandwich

Makes 4 servings
6 bread slices
100 gms hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tbsp schezuan sauce
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
2 tbsp chopped onions
3/4 cup sliced peaches
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 1/2 tbsp butter
salt to taste
For The Garnish
grated cheese
flax seeds
Method
- Method
- Combine the peach slices, honey, rock salt, lemon juice in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 25 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the hung curds, schezuan sauce, capsicum, onion, pepper , ginger paste and salt and mix well.
- Apply butter on each bread slice, apply hung curd mixture, place one/two peach slice on it, grill or cook on a non-stick tawa till crisp.
- Garnish with grated cheese and flax seeds.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
