Hygenic dosa recipe - How to make Hygenic dosa
Cooking Time: Total Time:
2 to 3 cups leftover instant dosa mix
2 tbsp ragi (nachni / red millet) flour
1 tbsp soya flour
2 tbsp maize flour (makai ka atta)
1/2 tsp salt
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
water as required
Method
- Now mix all the above said items in a bowl with the required water to the dosa consistency.
- Heat a dosa tava & pour dosas .
- Start pouring from the outer end & come inside.
- Pour 1 tsp saffola oil on the made dosa.
- When done turn & again add little oil if required.
- When crisp remove from thava & serve hot with coconut chutney.
