Indian Pizza By Upadhyay recipe - How to make Indian Pizza By Upadhyay

2 pizza crusts
2 green chillies (to taste)
1/2 " ginger (adrak)
4 cloves garlic (lehsun)
1 can tomatoes or 3/4 cup blanched tomatoes
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
chilli powder (to taste)
For the topping.
You can put any vegetable that is in the house, but I like putting
2 tomatoes, sliced
sliced pineapple
sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 capsicum, sliced
grated cheddar cheese
Method
- Make a paste of chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Fry the onions in a little oil until golden brown.
- Put the paste of chillies,ginger and garlic. fry for a minute
- Put the tinned tomatoes, turmeric powder, corriander powder, chilli powder, salt and sugar and cook until it is it is spreadable consistency. for about 7-10 minutes
- Spread on the pizza base
- Top with the tomaotes, green pepper, mushroom, sweetcorn and then put the grated cheese on it.
- Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes (until the cheese is melted.)
- Hurray the pizza is ready .
